Location of Southampton airport

Southampton Airport is located between Southampton and EastLeigh on the A335. Turn off the A335 at the rounabout signposted Airport.

M27

Turn off Junction 5 of the M27 signposted Eastleigh onto the A335. See above. 

M3

Junction 14 on the M3 is also very close to the airport turn onto the M27 signposted Portsmouth M27. See above.

Local Buses

Bus service 101

There is a regular bus service (bus number 101) between the airport, Southampton University and the city centre, with up to two services an hour (during term time).

Southampton Airport Car Parking

There are easy to follow signs to all car parks, which have prices clearly displayed at car park entrances.

Regular transfer coaches to the terminals from long stay parking

Short Stay Car Parking

Ideal if you plan to stay only a couple of hours or so for instance, when you come to see off or meet someone from a flight. The car park is adjacent to the terminal, just a few yards walk.

Price around £1.70 for 1 hour. The hourly price drops for longer stays to around £13.20 per day. The short term car park is the cheapest for a 1 day stay.

Parking for motorbikes/bicycles

There is free parking for motorbikes and bicycles dedicated bays are available in the short term car park.

Long Stay Car Park

For Holiday Parking or a Longer Stay

Located north of the terminal with frequent free shuttle buses taking you to and from the terminal building. You should allow 15 minutes from parking your car to arriving at check in.

Price £7.00 per day with a 2 day minimum charge for this car park.
