Last years Leeds pride, the first one in Leeds attracted over 6000 revelers.  The organisers of Leeds Pride 2007 hope to vastly increase this number with more party events spread over 2 days in stead of last years single day.

This years pride will have a James Bond theme

The Gay Parade is the main event of the day, starting at Millennium Square and ending at  Briggate . This is followed virtually everybody disappearing to the gay pubs who organise there own festivities and entertainment. If the weather is as good as 2006's event then outside in Queens Court courtyard is the location for the biggest crowds

Club Mission#Mission are organising there venue into an all weather market and baby creche with limited places. - so book in advance

Pride Details

The Leeds Gay Pride parade is supported by the Leeds City Council, West Yorkshire Police, West Yorkshire Fire Service and Metro transport.

All the Gay venues will be holding an afternoon & evening of entertainment

Initially it was hoped that Lower Briggate would be closed to traffic, but as this is a major road it looks like this will not be the case

Fibre & Queens Court

Fibre & Queens Court have arranged the biggest gay afternoon, evening & night in Leeds with a party following on from the parade in Queens court courtyard and in both venues

Featuring Sexy Go Go Boys, flamboyant Drag Queens and the biggest gay crowd in Leeds

Mission

Open 10pm - 4 am. "Meat in the Street" After the courtyard party - A pride special with plenty of surprises.
